Privacy Policy — Brinvia
Brinvia is a collection of short activities for toddlers and preschoolers, published by Nodable. This policy details how the app handles information and complements the Nodable privacy policy.
1. Information Brinvia does not collect
Brinvia is designed to collect as little as possible. The app:
- Requires no account or sign-up and does not ask for a name, email address, phone number or any contact information from children or parents;
- Displays no advertising and contains no third-party ads;
- Uses no analytics, tracking tools or advertising identifiers;
- Has no social features, chat or user-generated content;
- Does not access the camera, microphone, location, contacts or photos.
2. Information stored on the device
The app stores only the local preferences needed for the experience, such as the selected language and sound preference. These values remain on the device, are not sent to us or to third parties, and are deleted when the app is uninstalled.
3. In-app purchases
Brinvia is free to download and offers an optional one-time full unlock. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and validated through RevenueCat, a purchase-management service provider.
To validate and restore paid access, RevenueCat receives:
- A random anonymous App User ID generated by RevenueCat itself;
- Store transaction history (receipts or purchase tokens) and entitlement status;
- Last-seen time and basic technical information, such as device type and operating system.
We do not send RevenueCat any name, email address, custom account ID or advertising identifier. RevenueCat SDK diagnostics and automatic device-identifier collection are disabled in Brinvia. This information is used exclusively to provide, validate, restore and protect the paid unlock — never for advertising or cross-app tracking.
We do not receive or store payment-card details. Apple, Google and RevenueCat process information under their own privacy policies:
4. Children and parents
Brinvia is directed at children. Purchases and adult-facing preferences are protected by a parental gate. No child profile is created and no child-produced content leaves the device. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
5. Your rights and data deletion
Because our apps create no accounts, the only information kept off the device is the anonymous purchase record at RevenueCat, which is required to restore paid access after a device change or reinstall. You may:
- Delete local preferences by uninstalling the app;
- Request deletion of the anonymous purchase record, or exercise any applicable data-protection right, through the contact below. We will respond within the legally required timeframe.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when data practices change or when new apps are published. The version published on this page is always the current one.
